 Responsibilities

• Installation and assembly of low-current and electrical systems in accordance with project documentation;
• Cable laying, wall chasing (grooving), and installation of trays/cable channels;
• Connection, configuration, and commissioning (testing) of electrical equipment;
• Performing installation work at heights, welding, and other related tasks;
• Strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and quality standards;
• Timely execution of other technical tasks as assigned by the project manager.

 

 Requirements

• At least 1 year of practical experience in electrical installation or low-current systems;
• Secondary specialized or higher technical education (relevant field);
• Skills in electrical installation, welding, and working at heights;
• Technical competence, ability to read drawings/projects, and solve problems independently;
• Teamwork skills, responsibility, and adherence to internal discipline;
• Serious attitude toward work and a healthy lifestyle;
• Willingness to travel for work.

About the Position

SYNERGO company is inviting an organized, proactive, and responsible Executive Assistant to join its team. This is a key role that ensures the smooth operation of the executive and effective coordination between departments, partners, and external contractors.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and managing the Director’s schedule (meetings, business trips, internal meetings);
• Preparing, editing, and organizing business correspondence, reports, presentations, and protocols;
• Organizing phone negotiations, video conferences, and business visits;
• Handling official correspondence, filtering incoming requests, and escalating issues to management;
• Communicating on behalf of the Director with company employees, contractors, and partners;
• Executing personal assignments of the Director within job responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.

 

Our Requirements

• Higher education (in economics, law, management, or a related field);
• At least 1 year of experience as an assistant, secretary-referent, or office manager (experience in manufacturing, engineering, or IT is an advantage);
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, experience with CRM/ERP systems;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Russian and Uzbek — required; English is an advantage);
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a multitasking environment;
• Diplomacy, stress resistance, work ethics, and ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
